Temporal Forces will be a set worth collecting for these cards. We don't know all the cards in the set. However, we will update this list as new cards come to light. These are the projected 10 Most Expensive cards In Temporal Forces.

The 10 Most Expensive Cards In Temporal Forces

Eri Special Illustration Rare 8th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Eri Special Illustration Rare 8th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces

10 Eri (Special Illustration Rare)

Price: $26/£21

Card Text: Look at your opponent’s hand, choose 2 Item cards you find there, and discard them.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn.

Eri's popularity and cool illustration will guarantee this card's expensive price. Eri is a great character in the series. This character can be extremely intimidating just like in the artwork. However, behind this persona, she's a kind person. This popular character in Team Star has her first card in the Pokemon TCG. Her popularity in the series has helped her reach this list.

The Special Illustration Rare is great. The colours perfectly complement each other. The choice of Pokemon and the background truly displays the power of this trainer.

Bianca's Devotion Special Illustration Rare 5th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Bianca's Devotion Special Illustration Rare 5th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces

9 Bianca's Devotion (Illustration Rare)

Price: $34/£27

Card Text: Heal all damage from 1 of your Pokemon with 30 HP or less remaining.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn.

Bianca's popularity and sensational illustration will make it a valuable chase card. Bianca is a Trainer and an assistant from the Unova region. She has reappeared in games, series and the TCG many times. Her ability is situational but could be handy, healing all damage on a 30 HP or less Pokemon. However, that is a small range to heal a Pokemon.

This card's artwork isn't for me. But Bianca's popularity helps her reach this list. We have seen in most recent sets that trainer Special illustration rares can be valuable for many reasons. Just like this Bianca's Sincerity card.

Prime Catcher Ace Spec 9th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Prime Catcher Ace Spec 9th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces

8 Prime Catcher (Ace Spec)

Price: $36/£28.50

Card Text: Switch in 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon to the Active Spot. If you do, switch your Active Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Switch in 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon to the Active Spot. If you do, switch your Active Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon.

Prime Catcher will be expensive because of its immense power and viability in the Pokemon TCG. Prime Catcher is an incredibly strong gusting and switching card. Compared to the other Ace Spec Cards In Temporal Forces. Prime Catcher is strong and is one of the most powerful temporal forces cards.

Prime Catcher is also an item card. So you can use Prime Catcher with a supporter card like Iono to mess up your opponent. I love the card's artwork too. Prime Catcher Ace Spec is one of my favourite-looking item cards ever! I'm sure this card will be super popular.

Morty's Conviction Special Illustration Rare 6th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Morty's Conviction Special Illustration Rare 6th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces

7 Morty's Conviction (Special Illustration Rare)

Price: $39/£31

Card Text: You can use this card only if you discard another card from your hand.

Draw a card for each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon.

Morty's Conviction is the most expensive trainer card in Temporal Forces because of the card's competitive viability and artwork. Morty's Conviction is another Special Illustration trainer card. And it's my favourite. Morty is a well-known Gym leader at the Ecruteak Gym. The gym is Ghost-type. In the series, if you defeat this Gym, you are given the Fog badge. The card's ability means you can draw up to 5 cards for the price of 1.

Morty's Conviction has the best Trainer illustration by far. On the card, we can see Morty relaxing at a table with his partner, Gengar. This subtle artwork brings it to number 3.

Ghastly IIlustration Rare
Ghastly IIlustration Rare

6 Gastly (Illustration Rare)

Price: $37/£29

Card Type / HP / Stage: Darkness / 60 / Basic

[D] Mysterious Beam: Flip a coin. If heads, discard an Energy attached to your opponent’s Active Pokémon.

[D][D] Suffocating Gas: 30 Damage.

Weakness / Resistance / Retreat Cost: Fx2 / / 1

Gastly is the most expensive illustration rare in Temporal Forces because of the card's crazy good artwork. It's cool that all Pokemon in an evolution line is receiving illustration rare cards. Gastly is the first Pokemon in the Gengar evolution line which is shown in the card's artwork.

Gastly's artwork shows many Gastly, Haunter and Gengar parading through a town. Terrorising everything they come into contact with. Gastly will be used in the Gengar ex Deck to evolve into Gengar ex. However, this deck isn't likely to be played much competitively.

Gouging Fire ex Special Illustration Rare 4th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Gouging Fire ex Special Illustration Rare 4th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces

5 Gouging Fire ex (Special Illustration Rare)

Price: $50/£40

Card Type / HP / Stage: Fire / 230 / Basic

[R][C] Heat Blast: 60 damage.

[R][R][C] Explosive Fire: 260 damage. This Pokémon can't use Explosive Fire again until it leaves the Active Spot.

Weakness / Resistance / Retreat Cost: Wx2 / / 2

Gouging Fire ex is a powerful card with beautiful artwork that will be expensive. This paradoxical version of Entei is all right. This Pokemon seems like an over-glorified version of Entei. Its head looks a little weird. Especially, with the Crown like horn on the top.

However, this card is dope. The setting seems to be a jungle, contrasting the fire type of Gouging Fire. The illustration makes Gouging Fire look like the King of the Jungle.

Gouging Fire’s attacks are quite heavy. The first attack, Heat Blast, does 60 damage. The second attack does 260 damage but can only be used again when it leaves the active spot.

Iron Leaves ex Special Illustration Rare 1st Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Iron Leaves ex Special Illustration Rare 1st Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces

4 Iron Leaves ex (Special Illustration Rare)

Price: $53/£42

Card Type / HP / Stage: Grass / 220 / Basic

Ability: Rapid Vernier

Once during your turn, when you play this Pokémon from your hand onto your Bench, you may switch this Pokémon with your Active Pokémon. If you do, you may move any number of Energy from your Benched Pokémon to this Pokémon.

[G][G][C] Prismatic Edge: 180 damage. During your next turn, this Pokémon can’t attack.

Weakness / Resistance / Retreat Cost: Rx2 / / 1

Iron Leaves ex has a strong use in many decks that will increase its value. Iron Leaves is the poster Pokemon for the Future in Temporal Forces. Iron Leaves is a new Pokemon from Generation 9. This future Pokemon resembles a Stag and has been growing in popularity.

Iron Leaves ex-Special Illustration has a staggering artwork. Get the pun? The card shows Iron Leaves leaping, on an entirely different planet. In the background, we can see a moon-like object protruding out of the green sky.

In terms of playability, it’s pretty good. Iron Leaves’ ability, allows you to switch this card with the current active card when placed on the bench. If you do, then you can move any energy from the benched Pokemon to this card. This is a promising ability.

Walking Wake ex Special Illustration Rare 7th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Walking Wake ex Special Illustration Rare 7th Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces

3 Walking Wake ex (Special Illustration Rare)

Price: $55/£43.50

Card Type / HP / Stage: Water / 220 / Basic

Ability: Azure Wave

Damage from attacks used by this Pokémon isn’t affected by any effects on your opponent's Active Pokémon.

[W][C][C] Cathartic Roar: 120+ damage. If your opponent's Active Pokémon is affected by a Special Condition, this attack does 120 more damage.

Weakness / Resistance / Retreat Cost: Ex2 / / 1

Walking Wake ex will be an expensive card because of its popular artwork. Walking Wake is a new Pokemon that resembles Suicune. This dinosaur-looking Pokemon has a height of 3.5m. Walking Wake has been an important Paradox Pokemon in recent games. Now it is coming to the Pokemon TCG.

This Pokemon’s Special Illustration Rare is seriously good. The artwork shows Walking Wake diving through a blue forest. Which looks similar to the one on Gardevoir ex’s artwork.

Walking Wake's Azure Wave prevents any effects changing the damage it inflicts. Its attack does 120 damage but can do an extra 120 damage if the opposing Pokemon has any special conditions.

Raging Bolt ex Special Illustration Rare 3rd Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Raging Bolt ex Special Illustration Rare 3rd Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces

2 Raging Bolt ex (Special Illustration Rare)

Price: $75/£59

Card Type / HP / Stage: Dragon / 240 / Basic

[C] Bursting Roar: Discard your hand and draw 6 cards.

[L][F] Climactic Descent: 70x damage. You may discard any amount of Basic Energy from your Pokémon. This attack does 70 damage for each card you discard in this way.

Weakness / Resistance / Retreat Cost: / / 3

Raging Bolt ex is very competitively viable and is a super popular card in Temporal Forces. Raging Bolt Special illustration Rare is going to be very popular. Firstly, Raging Bolt is a new Paradox Pokemon revealed in Generation 9. This is the first card to feature this Pokemon. And It delivers.

The artwork shows Raging Bolt tower in front of a Canyon. Behind it is a raging thunderstorm. Raging Bolt’s artwork is good and suits the Pokemon well. On the other hand, Raging Bolt ex is the weirdest-looking Pokemon I've ever seen but it doesn't seem to affect the price.

The card's attack, Bursting Roar, lets you discard your hand and draw 6 cards for 1 colourless energy. Raging Bolt's other attack, Extreme ascent, does 70 damage for each energy card you discard. Raging Bolt ex has great potential with its Raging Bolt ex deck.

Iron Crown ex Special Illustration Rare 2nd Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Iron Crown ex Special Illustration Rare 2nd Most Expensive Card In Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces

1 Iron Crown ex (Special Illustration Rare)

Price: $95/£75

Card Type / HP / Stage: Psychic / 220 / Basic

Ability: Cobalt Command

Your Future Pokémon’s attacks, except any Iron Crown ex, do 20 more damage to your opponent’s Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

[P][C][C] Twin Shotels: This attack does 50 damage to 2 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness or Resistance, or by any effects on those Pokémon.

Weakness / Resistance / Retreat Cost: Dx2 / F-30 / 2

Iron Crown ex is a strong and well-illustrated card, that ticks all the correct boxes. Iron Crown was introduced in the 9th generation and isn't a well-known Pokemon. It even resembles a robotic goat and is a relative of Cobalion from the distant future. The Iron Crown ex-Special Illustration Rare has a unique artwork that is different to other cards. Iron Crown's illustration is simplistic and quite majestic. Everything from the blossom trees to the bright sun makes this more than a Pokemon card but an artwork.

However, the moveset is better. Its attack is good. However, the ability to increase all Future Pokemon's attacks is an incredibly buff to decks. Best of all this ability stacks! It seems like Iron Crown will have good synergy with other Future cards from this set and in others. Most Importantly, Iron Crown ex will be a key card in the Future Box deck.

Conclusion

These are our predictions for the 10 most Expensive cards of Temporal Forces. Temporal Forces will be an important set. Possibly the most important of this year. Check out other articles about the latest set Twilight Masquerade and other articles about Temporal Forces.
